APOC's U.S. Debut

Designers included the minds of CD1974, Greco, Harlot Hands, Oriens, The Corner Passed, and Zohra Rahman. The showcase propels the fashion world forward through a unique initiative. In line with their commitment to an authentic discovery of talent, APOC asked each designer to invite a “new name” into the ongoing circuit of creativity and vision. In this way, style is prompted to come forth in new lights, emerging from the depths of unique minds. The platform firmly demonstrates it is more than a store. It is a collective of ideology and style, carving out space for diverse perspectives in an otherwise closed-off market.

Guests wore an eclectic mix of garments, in line with the style and materials featured in the APOC pop-up. Lace, leather, canvas cotton, and mixed metals shaped the beige and black modern grunge aesthetic of the party. To set the scene, U.S. artist, John Black contributed silver sculptures that ornamented the venue, inciting questions of fashion as architecture vs fashion as detail. The art pieces incorporated Nothing’s Ear (3), the latest product to be released by the tech company, adding to the theme of futurism and shaping the experimental ambience.
