Backstage for AWGE's New York Show

Last night in downtown Manhattan, right by City Hall, A$AP Rocky’s AWGE stunned with a runway presentation that felt less like a show and more like a rupture in the usual fashion proceedings.

Unveiling its Fall/Winter 2026 collection after two previous Paris shows, AWGE staged a runway that brought their community out in New York City. Instead of concealing the labor behind the spectacle, the production placed it front and center. Models moved in and out of AWGE-branded glam stations mid-show, pausing for hair and makeup as a live feed projected the lineup in real time. The result was a deliberate exposure of process; fashion unfolding as it was being built.

Styled by longtime collaborator, Matthew Henson with a helping hand from James Garland, the diversity across the looks was vast. Italian-produced tailoring shared the runway with latex pieces and motowear, while leather jackets were paired with evening gowns.

Accessories played an equally considered role, grounding the looks with bespoke pieces that nodded to motorsport and industrial design. Rocky’s fatherhood also showed as models pushed strollers and donned fur baby carriers.

The Scene Bag Steals the Show

Lost bag, found friend.

"Once upon a time, in New York, at a Marc Jacobs show...” The final chapter of The Swap, a three-part campaign film from the Question Marc series starring Rowan Blanchard and Jemima Kirke, delivers one last twist in a story of mistaken identity and mishap, and reveals its true star: the Scene Bag.

After mistakenly swapping bags at the Marc Jacobs show, Jemima and Rowan quickly discover they've each taken the other's identical Scene bag. They scour the city for clues about where the other's bag has gone, sifting through each other's very telling belongings, like sage and keys but no wallet, and even conduct a manifestation ritual to find the missing bags. Their ultimate hint comes from a bookmark left in Jemima's bag for a Marc Jacobs reading event starting in less than an hour. When they finally meet, they bond over the lack of cigarettes in one purse, a matching pair of tasers, and of course, Marc Jacobs.

Question Marc brings together fashion, talent, humor, and storytelling in an episodic format designed to unfold across the Marc Jacobs universe. In the finale, The Twist, a search that takes her from flyered telephone poles to a candlelit manifestation ends with the girls reuniting and realizing the only crime left to uncover is calling the bag an accessory. It was the star all along.

RIMOWA Looks to Art History for Its Latest Colorways

Certain colors carry a history of their own. For its latest seasonal release, RIMOWA looks to the artist’s palette, introducing two new shades, Umber and Ultramarine, across its Essential luggage and Groove accessories collections. Rooted in centuries of art history, the earthy brown and deep blue bring a new perspective to the objects we carry with us.

Fronted by English actor Joe Alwyn, the campaign follows a young artist settling into a new studio, gradually transforming the unfamiliar space into his own. As colors find their way into his daily surroundings, the different shades become part of his creative process, drawing a connection between the rituals of making and the things that move alongside us.

The shades themselves carry their own histories. Umber, a warm, luminous brown named after the natural earth pigment, has long been used as an underpainting in traditional art. Ultramarine, meanwhile, takes its cues from the rich blue historically made from lapis lazuli, a precious stone prized by artists since the Renaissance. Together, the two hues balance the grounded with the imaginative.

Across the Essential collection, Umber and Ultramarine bring a new dimension to RIMOWA’s familiar silhouettes. The same palette carries into the Groove collection, extending from everyday bags and pouches to a compact shopping bag in smooth Italian calfskin. Together, the pieces offer a more understated take on the season’s colors, balancing the earthy warmth of Umber with the depth of Ultramarine.

The luggage retains RIMOWA’s signature mix of function and engineering, bringing a sensibility to the practical pieces that accompany everyday movement. It’s a reminder that even the most familiar travel essentials can take on a different character with a shift in color.

SSENSE Got Steamy This Paris Fashion Week

On October 2nd, SSENSE celebrated a number of emerging designers at their Paris Fashion Week popup, Salon des Refusés. The name is a callback to the 1863 exhibition, where artists were rejected from the conservative jury of the official Paris Salon. Here, in 2026, SSENSE puts the designs of Kanika Agarwal, Laura Andraschko, MERRMA, Petra Fagerstrom, RESCHA, SECONDA, and Stephen Jones on a pedestal for one day only.

Usually functioning as an online platform, SSENSE brought the showroom to visitors to participate with the designs. Shifting from a purely digital experience, the visitors got to try on products right there while engaging with the designers themselves.

The pop-up was followed swiftly by a steamy afterparty, with a DJ set by Memphy, followed by a showcase by electronic duo Smerz. SSENSE has long been a platform for cultural discovery, and with Salon des Refusés, they bring the essence of the former outcast exhibition to a physical reality that brought together music, art, fashion, and community.
