Cecilie Bahnsen Pre-Fall 2026

The collection is also built on the idea that fashion is not reserved for special occasions. It is a mode of expression that can and should exist in everyday life. It is a way of living that can only be described as instinctual. In the featured pieces, the bow appears in moments of sculptural significance. It is embroidered into panels, woven into materials to act as tiny, handcrafted patterns, and placed in the form of appliqués. The bows appear atop jacquards, quilts, knits, etc, making the tactile diversity of this collection wide.

The color scheme is a gorgeous take on Autumn, with deep tones contrasting against bright whites, cool greys, and dusty pinks. This allows for a level of shimmer to show through, as the luminous tones bring light to the darker themes of the colder months. The campaign sees through this idea in its storytelling. Delicately shot by Nadine Ijewere, the photography is an optically driven take on ritual. In doing so, the campaign is able to capture the rawness in emotion felt in both nostalgia and novelty. The mercurial, dreamlike visuals are somehow hyper true to reality, making the images complex in nature.
