Where devotion meets the reality of now, Daemon Concept’s Paris presentation captures a charged moment. Where Paris community, Japanese technology, and the Ukrainian diaspora meet on the same frequency. Styled in Errolson Hugh’s Acronym and grounded by Rombaut’s sharp, futuristic footwear, the cast feels both intimate and untouchable.

Lit with stark chiaroscuro, the scene nods to Northern Renaissance painting—faces emerging from shadow, bodies held in tension. Otherworldly jewelry with futuristic cross symbols and headwear push it further, soundtracked by Kavari, opening with KYIV by Alina Pash x Apashe.

The performance blurs raw techno culture with faith and intimacy, making both feel alive—worship as something physical, immediate, and constantly shifting.

Dsquared2 Taps Tom Bianchi’s Fire Island Archive for Pre-Spring 2026

For Pre-Spring/Summer 2026, Dsquared2 returns to one of its most enduring fixations; the visual language of rebellion and the communities that have long defined freedom on their own terms. This season, the brand collaborated with photographer and artist Tom Bianchi, whose intimate portraits of gay life in the 1970s and early ’80s remain some of the most vital documents of desire, joy, and self-determination.

At the heart of the collaboration is Bianchi’s legendary Fire Island Polaroid series, shot between 1975 and 1983. Captured in the Pines, Dsquared2 translates this archive into wearable form, placing select images across a range of pieces designed for summer escapism. Clothing and accessories act as canvases for Bianchi’s photographs, allowing the images to live beyond the gallery and be worn out in the world.

Though rooted in a specific time and place, Bianchi’s photographs resist nostalgia. Their depiction of joy as resistance and community as survival feels particularly resonant today. By bringing these images into the present, Dsquared2 doesn’t just reference history, they reactivate it.

The result is a collection that treats clothing as a quiet connector between history and the present moment.

WOODstack x adidas: Blood, Sweat & Tears

Fifteen years after opening its first doors, WOODstack turns its attention to the work that built both the brand and the city it calls home. Blood, Sweat & Tears, the Brooklyn retailer’s latest campaign with adidas, introduces a co-created Adistar Control 5 inspired by New York’s entrepreneurs.

Developed through adidas’ Business Track program in partnership with Pensole Lewis College of Business & Design, the project signals WOODstack’s evolution from a neighborhood staple to a cultural force.

The campaign extends beyond the product as it highlights New Yorkers whose businesses reflect the persistence, risk, and pride required to build something lasting in this city.

Rather than focusing on spectacle, the Blood, Sweat & Tears campaign spotlights builders. The campaign features Nicole and Michael Nicholas of Aunts et Uncles, Jeremy Batista of Bodega City, Michael Cacace of Michael’s of Brooklyn, and Lizzy Okpo of The Oma Shop.

In collaboration with adidas, WOODstack has launched the Made by Hard Work Grant, a $5,000 award supporting New York City–based brick-and-mortar businesses. From bodegas and beauty supply stores to restaurants and neighborhood shops, the grant acknowledges the behind the scenes labor that keeps the city running.

The launch of the launch was celebrated last night with a community affair at the WOODstack store in Flatbush.

For their second collaboration, Carhartt WIP and Salomon expand further on the concept of durability, functionality and an uncompromising commitment to performance. Carhartt WIP, known for its contemporary reinterpretation of hardwearing gear, has revised a key Salomon silhouette with detail-driven design. The X-ALP Carhartt WIP is made to meet any environmental demands, with the shoe incorporating robust grainy leather and suede overlays highlighted with Carhartt WIP’s signature camouflage.

The campaign unfolds in a remote outpost plagued by electromagnetic anomalies and warped gravitational pulls. As a team of researchers work to uncover the truth, a sinister presence begins to surface – a creature hidden from perception, save for a set of writhing, thread-like tendrils, searching for something it once lost but that it still endures.
