Inside Central Saint Martins’ BA Fashion Show 2025

Central Saint Martins, the prestigious London art school known for molding the skills and launching the careers of numerous world-famous fashion designers, held its annual BA Fashion Show for the class of 2025. The show displayed the works of the 40 final year students, with each graduate displaying 6 original pieces. Myah Hasbany won the L'Oréal Professionnel Young Talent Award 2025 with a mind-boggling UFO inspired collection, and Haseeb Hassan earned second place, as he incorporated traditional crochet prayer caps known as Topi’s, handcrafted in Pakistan, into his featured works.

Backstage moments from the event were captured, giving a rare glimpse into the spirit and nerves running through one of the most highly coveted fashion shows around.

SSUR x Alice Hollywood: A Sentimental Homecoming

This Friday, Alice Hollywood — Shane Gonzales’ newly minted label after a decade of cult favorite Midnight Studios — drops its debut collaboration. It's not just another fashion link-up. It's a homecoming. A full-circle moment between Alice and SSUR, the New York streetwear label that shaped Gonzales' entry into fashion.

Back in 2012, a 17-year-old Gonzales was boxing up tees and hoodies in the backroom of SSUR’s LA operation, fresh out of high school and eager to learn. The “Comme des Fuckdown” hats he shipped daily were on the heads of A$AP Rocky and the Mob, helping fuel a streetwear revolution. SSUR was everywhere — and Shane was on the inside, soaking it up.

“That internship was my first window into the world I dreamed of being part of,” Gonzales says. “Russ [Karablin] was a mentor to me and gave me a shot when I knew nothing about the industry. Without that opportunity, I wouldn’t be where I am today.”

Now, over a decade later, Gonzales is paying tribute with a four-piece capsule that reimagines the original SSUR staples through the lens of Alice Hollywood. The drop features black-and-white versions of the classic “Comme des Fuckdown” tee and hoodie, plus a snapback and beanie that channel early-2010s rebellion with careful refinement.

Launched earlier this year, Alice Hollywood is Gonzales’ return to his roots — not just aesthetically, but emotionally. “Alice is a clean slate,” he says. “Starting with SSUR felt like the perfect first step. This collection is for my 17-year-old self, and for a new generation discovering this iconic brand for the first time.”
