One beauty stigma that you think our generation has the power to change.

Having no set beauty standard at all. As cliche as it is, we can all be beautiful in our own right and in different ways. Appearance should never determine ones beauty or level of attractiveness.

If you could teleport to any time period and place, where would you go and why?

Easy, any time in the 2000s, more specifically 2008-2009. I learned a lot my interests and who I was as a person because at that time everything seemed to be on the surface so you really had to do some deep researching if you genuinely wanted to educate yourself about certain subjects. Also, urban and pop-culture was in its prime.

Create a one-sentence story that perfectly encapsulates the ethos of Harlem.

Harlem is the heart and soul of uniqueness.

Day-to-day beauty regimen?

My daily regimen is simple: condition my hair, wash my face, and pray!

A memory that instantly makes you smile?

When Kevin Durant came to play basketball in my neighborhood.

The most beautiful facial feature?

There isn't one to me-the face is a beauty in itself, kind of like the sum of its parts. It can't be a face without any of them.

What would be the title of your quarter-life biography?

Smarter Than I Look.

office beauty teamed up with Instagram models Chinqpink and Princess Gollum for an unforgettable photo series dripping in pink and green. The delightfully absurd series pays homage to both of their respective social media handles, a juxtaposition in crudeness and femininity.

In the photos, Chinqpink is having another magenta moment. Enveloped head-to-toe in nothing but electric pink paint, the model interacts with a very green-looking Princess Gollum. The two women contrast each other not only in color, but also in their portrayal of sexuality. “Although [Chinqpink] poses provocatively, she’s doing this for her—not you. She is art. She owns her body and her sexuality. And she is not afraid to show it off and own it. She appeals to a courageous and powerful part of womanhood, allowing herself to be exposed for art. [Princess Gollum] appears more clothed and shows a different side of the color spectrum and, along with that, another mood. Green could be seen as a more chill approach to owning her body and her sexiness, subdued and calm,” says photographer Palma Wright.

Let's get one thing straight - rainbow hair is all the rage. While Frank Ocean may have inititiated the frenzy when he dyed his doo green for his 2016 album “Blonde," others have certainly kept the trend afloat. Kanye West has been experimenting with different shades over the last few years, while Kristen Stewart sported neon red hair and yellow eyebrows at this year’s Met Gala.

Creative director and hair colorist Aura Friedman is no stranger to ROYGBIV, often incorporating vibrant hues, bold dye jobs, and gradient streaks into ber body of work--just peep the tiger-stripe look that she gave English artist Patrick Church for New York Fashion Week.
