Han Kjøbenhavn Unveils their Autumn/Winter 2022 Collection

Danish fashion house Han Kjøbenhavn debuted its first ready-to-wear women’s pret-á-portier during Milan Fashion Week. Under the direction of founder and artistic director Jannik Wikkelsø Davidsen, the brand showcased "Sculping Darkness"— a Fall/Winter collection exploring the concept of darkness as a source of inspiration and emotion. Using a simple color palette of black, cream, and hot pink, this creative vision is displayed through the collection's bold contrasts, statement fabrics, and sleek design combined with voluminous silhouettes.

The line represents a new direction for the brand; after being a continuing label on the men's calendar for two years, the fashion label is ready to expand and shift its focus towards womenswear.

“It has always been our aim to present our collections at the highest level. Showcasing our pret-á-portier women’s collection in Milan is something that I have been looking forward to for quite a while. We have developed a lot and I feel we are in a good place artistically, aesthetically, and from a craftsmanship point of view” Davidsen said in a statement.

LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν Continues Bruce Lee’s Legacy Through New Collaboration

LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν has unveiled a collaboration with Bruce Lee Enterprises, released in conjunction with AAPI Heritage Month and the brand’s tenth collection, All Bets Are Off. Long positioned as a foundational influence for founder Hung La, Bruce Lee’s image, philosophy, and self-determined approach to identity have remained embedded within the brand since its inception. Drawing from Lee’s athletic uniforms, 1970s tailoring, and iconic film imagery, the collection merges LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν’s darker visual language with the unmistakable style of the martial arts legend. Key pieces include a reworked version of Lee’s yellow jumpsuit, graphic ringer tees, and accessories informed by archival film materials.

Rather than recreating Bruce Lee through casting, the campaign works directly with his original image archive, using AI-assisted digital manipulation and retouching to place the collection onto Lee himself, collapsing past and present into a new visual interpretation. What emerges is less a retrospective than a continuation, positioning Bruce Lee not simply as inspiration, but as an enduring framework for self-definition, resistance, and image-making within the world of LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν.
