Heron Preston Relaunches Namesake Label

Heron Preston has always played with the idea of beginnings, stripping things back to their rawest form and rebuilding them with intention. Today, he does that literally as the designer officially relaunches his namesake label, stepping into a new era of complete independence.

Earlier this year, Preston regained full ownership of his trademarks from New Guards Group, reclaiming not just the name but also the narrative of his brand. The relaunch marks his return as a wholly autonomous creator, fully in control of the world he’s been shaping for over a decade.

The new chapter begins with Foundation: Blue Line Edit, a reset point Preston describes as “a return to the beginning.” Instead of a traditional seasonal rollout, the Foundation acts like a blueprint, an essential structure from which everything else will come. Preston has framed this drop not as a collection but as a rebirth. A manifesto, written and voiced by the designer himself, lays out the ethos behind this restart; simplicity, clarity, and a commitment to building something new from a place of total freedom.

From this foundation, products will arrive in steady pulses; “blocks” of seven pieces, released continuously rather than seasonally. Each item carries the label’s renewed energy, but most symbolic is the inverted orange Label. Initially born in defiance, the flipped tag stands as Preston’s personal marker for perseverance, resilience, and the refusal to let go of your own name, even when someone else is holding it.

LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν Continues Bruce Lee’s Legacy Through New Collaboration

LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν has unveiled a collaboration with Bruce Lee Enterprises, released in conjunction with AAPI Heritage Month and the brand’s tenth collection, All Bets Are Off. Long positioned as a foundational influence for founder Hung La, Bruce Lee’s image, philosophy, and self-determined approach to identity have remained embedded within the brand since its inception. Drawing from Lee’s athletic uniforms, 1970s tailoring, and iconic film imagery, the collection merges LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν’s darker visual language with the unmistakable style of the martial arts legend. Key pieces include a reworked version of Lee’s yellow jumpsuit, graphic ringer tees, and accessories informed by archival film materials.

Rather than recreating Bruce Lee through casting, the campaign works directly with his original image archive, using AI-assisted digital manipulation and retouching to place the collection onto Lee himself, collapsing past and present into a new visual interpretation. What emerges is less a retrospective than a continuation, positioning Bruce Lee not simply as inspiration, but as an enduring framework for self-definition, resistance, and image-making within the world of LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν.
