Inside Anna Delvey's "Club House Arrest"
It felt like an interesting mix of people upstairs, with edgier DJs and underground fashion faces standing beside blue chip art names and nepo babies. Only in New York would a high profile scammer would be the connective tissue that brought Downtown together in harmony. Packed into the small apartment, the crowd swayed to DJ sets from the likes of Christian Tokyo to Frost Children and Alice Longyu Gao — brushing casually against Anna's art collection that featured a custom neon sign declaring the title and theme of the night: "Club House Arrest."
This night, organized by Georgia McCann and Blake Cummings, and presented by The Kollection as well as Access Justice Brooklyn, is only one of many that Delvey has delivered so graciously to her fans and friends since being released. In fact, word has it the series of dinners — followed by afterparties such as last night's event — will be soon turned into its own reality series. And from the guest list to the general energy of last night, the context should prove a very fruitful for some truly quality reality TV.
