If Ferris Bueller took one too many days off, became a junkie, and rolled through Fashion Avenue with ill-begotten coin to serve fire in his senior pictures, he might just get voted ‘Most Likely to go the Barbershop with office’ in his senior yearbook.

With this in mind, here are our Just Dos and Just Don’ts of the NYC barbershop experience:

Just Do: bring your style squad, especially that friend of yours with that freaky jewelry collection.

Just Do: keep an open mind, so open. Too open?

Just Do: bring your wig collection to see if you can hustle the barber for a few free weave trims.

Just Don’t: balk when the barber reaches for the bucket of old school gel. Embrace the gel.

Just Don’t: hesitate to use that freaky jewelry collection for your senior pictures later.

Just Don’t: question that punk, street, and dork go together. They can, they will, and they do.

If you haven't realized by now, office is a sucker for beauty, but we also know that you can't judge a product by its packaging.

With that being said, we’re back and better than ever with the third installment of the office Beauty Committee. Did you miss us? Don’t worry, we’ll be around for the next few weeks with our brand new panel of judges to give you the lowdown on some of the top non-toxic beauty supplies.

Today's judge is Frankie Boyd. And when speaking of his large list of accomplishments, it may easier to name off the celebrities that he hasn't transformed. From radiant looks on Scarlett Johansson to jaw-dropping dramatics for Sam Smith, Boyd has a signature, unafraid approach to beauty—and we're all about it. That's why we had Boyd judge three all-natural mascaras to let you know which ones to snatch or pass. This round, our all-natural contenders are Hush + Dotti's "Bitchin' Black Mascara," W3ll People's "Expressionist Mascara" and Kjaer Weis' classic mascara.

Pick one for Monday, Friday and Saturday night.

Monday: Kjar Weis—I like to start the week off right. Friday: Hush+Dotti it has a wicked brush. Saturday: W3LL People because it’s a little dryer.

Definitely Hush+Dotti because of its juicy formula and nice brush.

Kjaer Weis has chic packaging, Hush+Dotti has the best formula, and W3LL PEOPLE has the fullest size.

W3LL PEOPLE. This was the first time to use mascara in my life and I loved it. So, I just wanted to keep the first one for the rest of my life.
