Pharrell Williams Louis Vuitton Debut

Paris men's week? More like Pharis men's week. Last night, newly appointed Men's Creative Director Pharrell's first runway show for Louis Vuitton started us off right. The presentation was staged on the Pont Neuf but natives insist that the show’s energy was felt throughout the city. Perhaps it was the massive billboard of Rihanna and her baby bump, plastered on the Musée d’Orsay overlooking the famous Seine River, or the sound of the world's largest (and first?) gospel nightclub that made it feel as if Pharrell casually bridged the gap between French and American cultures right there, on the oldest bridge in Paris.

Strutting down in classic varsity jackets and Mary Janes amplified by Parisian confection, the models’ growing foot-traffic was reminiscent of the streets of NYC during rush hour. But the star detail of the show was not the touches of Americanism that reminded us of the designer’s roots. It was his reinterpretation of Louis Vuitton’s classic Damier chess board pattern, reimagined by pixel artist ET and distributed across a wide range of outerwear, pajamas, and tailoring — signaling new directions for the luxury house.

LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν Continues Bruce Lee’s Legacy Through New Collaboration

LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν has unveiled a collaboration with Bruce Lee Enterprises, released in conjunction with AAPI Heritage Month and the brand’s tenth collection, All Bets Are Off. Long positioned as a foundational influence for founder Hung La, Bruce Lee’s image, philosophy, and self-determined approach to identity have remained embedded within the brand since its inception. Drawing from Lee’s athletic uniforms, 1970s tailoring, and iconic film imagery, the collection merges LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν’s darker visual language with the unmistakable style of the martial arts legend. Key pieces include a reworked version of Lee’s yellow jumpsuit, graphic ringer tees, and accessories informed by archival film materials.

Rather than recreating Bruce Lee through casting, the campaign works directly with his original image archive, using AI-assisted digital manipulation and retouching to place the collection onto Lee himself, collapsing past and present into a new visual interpretation. What emerges is less a retrospective than a continuation, positioning Bruce Lee not simply as inspiration, but as an enduring framework for self-definition, resistance, and image-making within the world of LỰU ĐΑ̣Ν.

The Louis Vuitton 2026 Resort Collection takes on the spirit of summer holiday. The ready-to-wear wardrobe offers looks for every summer outing from morning yoga at the beach to cocktails at sunset, spanning a neo-sixties colorway, crafted leathers, ocean-blue floral motifs, sand-colored canvases, playful graphics, and frolicsome silhouettes.
