Astrid Andersen A/W '19
The boldness of the palette was another great take away—a sensuous blend of deep red, blue, and orange, among others, made their way down the catwalk on quilted jackets, hoodies and kimonos. Andersen also experimented with knitwear and some hand-painted details, but kept her focus on the brand’s now-signature combo of lace and fur.
As a whole, the collection was another step in defining Astrid’s bold vision for menswear—rooted in the past, but made for the future.
