True to tradition, any office party turns into a grand celebration, and this was no exception. Of course any event with Office turns into a big party- and this London Fashion Week was no different. The diverse attendees included C-suite technologists and advocates for fashion sustainability, all trailblazing in their respective domains. Distinguished innovators such as Kay Kwok, Heron Preston, gmoney, Dr. Anino Emuwa, Jayden Ali, Betsy Johnson, Jay-Ann Lopez, Elz the Witch, and Jordy Arthur were among the Top 100 IoDF list. The event was supported by CLO Virtual Fashion and HOWL Collective, with live performances from Talia A. Darling, AllyXpress and Chris Owen.
"Delivering this with office meant we went c*#t celebrating on the dance floor, through the hotel and into the private rooms, with 12 foot digital installations of our avatars, live art performances and hard wild music," said Leanne Elliot-Young, IoDF's founder.
IoDF is a driving force for a more inclusive, sustainable, and diverse online and real-world reality. Leveraging technology as a catalyst for democratic change, IoDF provides cutting-edge immersive digital solutions, strategies, and innovations, pushing the industry beyond its comfort zone and delivering comprehensive global solutions.
"Closing out london fashion week! It was important to us to create a moment on the calendar that felt community-focused. That was a safe space for our global audience to be together, no holes barred," continued Leanne. Simon, our EIC, added that "this is our first thing ever in London and we’ve always wanted to do something here but the right opportunity never came along until now! I’ve have always been curious about tech and future of media and communication and partnering with Institute of Digital Fashion [IoDF] seemed like a fun adventure, none of us knows exactly what to expect other than some fucked up experiments that will most likely offend and shock some readers and that’s why we’re here.”
