Little Prince is Back and Better
Everyone who walks through the Instagram-worthy floral doorway becomes a friend, and I can also assure you that everyone who walks through the door leaves with an overpowering feeling of comfort and satisfaction. The Parisian-bistro style spot displays a delectable menu of French classics, from decadent steak frites to delicate tartares, as well as an ample wine list and cocktails for just about every taste.
Little Prince opened their doors once again on February 8th, after a temporary closing due to the pandemic, offering New Yorkers the same satiating wining and dining experience the destination has championed in previous years. But this time around, owners Cobi Levy and Will Makris wanted to raise the bar a bit, by adding novel menu creations and planning a whole slew of events for the year to come.
When asked about how it feels to be reopening, Cobi stated, "We worked hard to keep the place open, so this is the gift. I had always loved Little Prince since I opened it in 2013. Two years definitely gave me a long time to reconsider my original vision. I wanted to add a level of polish, to expand my wine list, and to handle the desire for seats at the bar."
"We want people to leave thinking 'That was the best night I've had in a while,'" he continues, "What's in store for 2022 is making even more memories with our guests."
