NRGY by Revo Launches with J Balvin as Creative Director

Eyewear brand Revo is entering a new era with the launch of NRGY by Revo, a design-focused line developed in collaboration with Reggaeton icon J Balvin, who takes on the role of creative director.

This isn’t Balvin’s first venture into design, however NRGY marks a different kind of collaboration — one rooted in innovation, personal vision, and a shared creative language. The launch is in partnership with Mattias Gollin, a multidisciplinary who first connected with Balvin over a mutual interest in design back in 2024.

What started as a one-off 3D printed custom pair of glasses for Balvin quietly gained momentum. Balvin wore the prototype in performances, videos, and day to day life, and the response was immediate. The significant interest from those around him sparked a bigger idea: to turn the project into something more accessible, but just as intentional.

Gramicci's SS25 collection revives signature pieces inspired by the archives, whilst also introducing a new lineup of materials, silhouettes and garment functions. Staying true to the brands climbing DNA, this collection focuses on comfort, functionality and a laid-back lifestlyle that is designed to move with and capture a tongue-in-cheek spirit. Especially those that trace back to Gramicci's Yosemite roots.

For those that love the outdoors, easy travel and packable designs. Quick dry fabric has also been introduced to be the ideal companion. This also pairs with their use of eco fabrics, including eco cotton twill, recycled nylon and hemp.

From the brands iconic pants, to shorts and tees, the women's collection also features a Nylon dress and newly designed G-skort for everyday and functional outdoor wear.

Julepe- a fashion editorial by Sebastian Gonzalezber is an alchemy between emotion and experience. Drawing from lived experiences, the narrative of this work unfolds into much more. Styled in curated pieces from the boundary-pushing label SLVA, this editorial threads together structure and vulnerability. SLVA’s silhouettes serve as armor and take fashion to new perspectives.

What made you create these images?

Mainly what motivated me to create again after so long was being trapped in a depressive loop, blinded by the violence I inflicted on myself, not the physical, the mental one caught me completely, my loneliness caught me, my sadness, my personal block, not only creative, my anguish, my addictions, my experiences I constantly repeated but I was saved by my hope that there is always more and that if you want it you can, to never give up and that if I don't achieve it nothing happens, that today I am and tomorrow I don't know, it doesn't matter if I am up or down, nobody is more or less, the important thing is to enjoy and love the process.

How do you work as a creative?

My work as a creative is based on developing my emotions and experiences as much as possible, without limiting myself, without fear of making mistakes, without fear of being judged.

All my creativity flows from my emotions, regardless of anything I see or hear. From a simple cry or anger to the thought that one day I will die and not wanting to be left wanting to live. The experience fills me with everything possible that I didn't have before taking these photographs. It marked a turning point in my life, because of the simplicity and unpredictability of this project. Thanks to this, I am not limited to doing or thinking what previously limited me.

What is your vision?

Create and push myself with all or nothing, one of the most significant and important experiences of my life, I don't want fashion, I'm not interested in clothes, I'm not interested in luxury, it's just a garment, it's just a catwalk, if the opportunity presents itself, go for it, if not, I don't care, money comes and goes, I don't care, life is only one and I'm going to express my deepest feelings and experiences and it's not necessary to explain them, I want them to speak for themselves, to be felt, it's my first serious job and I'm going to improve, I want to show the unseen people, the judged ones, I want to show our rejection and hatred, I don't care about being a fashion stylist or a photographer or having millions, I just want to show my interior as much as I can.

Johnny Cash x Jacques Marie Mage Returns

Jacques Marie Mage’s Johnny Cash eyewear is back—and bolder than ever. This summer, two iconic frames return in slick new finishes: the “Cash”, a strong rectangular silhouette straight out of Johnny’s 1965 El Paso arrest photos, now in deep matte black and rich tortoiseshell; and the “Quentin”, with its distinctive hatchet-shaped studs and sharper angles, channeling the raw energy of his 1969 San Quentin concert in glossy onyx and smoky crystal.

Each design is handcrafted in Japan in a strictly limited run of 500 pairs.
