Premiere: Roadrunner TB - "Grow"
office spoke with Roadrunner TB on the new music video and his rise to rap stardom.
Hey TB, how are you doing?
Blessed.
Why don't you introduce yourself to those who don’t know you?
Well, I'm TB from Cincinnati, Ohio I'm an up and coming artist really just trying to make a way for me and my city. I've been rapping for about a year now but I always had a passion for music. Just recently signed a deal with Cinematic Music Group, nothing but love there. I'm just trying to take everything as far as I could.
I listened to your new mixtape ‘Mind Of Blender,’ it goes pretty hard. How do you feel about your project?
I love the project. All the songs came from the heart. It's my first mixtape so I'm excited to see how it does. Definitely can't wait to see what I can improve on, that way the next mixtape can be even better. I appreciate the whole Cinematic team coming together helping me bring everything to life.
It looks like it’s climbing the iTunes charts fast on its first day, how’s it feel watching it go up?
I'm shocked honestly, just happy that I got so much love from everybody around the world. I appreciate it.
I read up that you were at the University of Cincinnati but had to dip because of financial reasons. How do you feel about that decision today?
I'm actually happy I did because I definitely wouldn't be where I am today, but at the same time, I'm happy I got to experience college and was able to say that I went. Plus everything happens for a reason and maybe I can go back one day.
Bet they wish you had stayed.

What does it mean for you to rep Cincinnati?
Everything literally, I show as much love to my city and all the artist as much as I could. Some people look forward to us opening the door for the city, hopefully, that's what we can do.
The video for “Grow” seems like you wanna make clear that you can get up and take care of yourself. What does that track mean to you?
It's one of my favorite tracks on the tape, That’s basically how I was feeling in the studio at that time.
Where do you see yourself in the next year?
Definitely at the top. Hopefully, I have a few businesses on the side, maybe real-estate, get the Blender Boyz Merch going. By that time I should have enough music out to prove I can be one of the greatest.
