VEJA and Magliano Rework the Panenka

February 26, 2026

There’s something inherently nostalgic about football footwear. The scuffed leather, the folded tongues, the idea that performance and personality once shared the same surface. With its latest collaboration, VEJA taps into that memory and hands it over to Magliano to rework, and make its own.

Drawing from vintage football boots, the silhouette leans into Magliano’s instinct for unconventional tailoring. A folded tongue sits across the upper, referencing classic boots while subtly shifting how the shoe functions and feels. Made from a single perforated piece, the flap introduces asymmetric lacing, turning a familiar detail into something deliberately off-balance.

That sense of play carries through in the styling. There's three sets of interchangeable laces to go with the three different colorways: black with cream accents, white with sharp black contrast, and a pearlescent pink.

Through all of this, the Panenka emerges with a new personality.

Coco Gauff in New Balance x Miu Miu

August 13, 2025

Iconic tennis champion Coco Gauff is traveling the world for her upcoming tournaments dressed in classically elegant tennis ensembles: navy, white, and red for Rome; green and sky blue for Berlin; and white and royal blue with accents of red for Cincinnati. Every outfit is accompanied by her New Balance x Miu Miu sneakers. Deemed the Coco CG2, she will wear a new co-branded version of her signature shoe. Comparable to the much-loved New Balance x Miu Miu 530 SL sneaker in leather and mesh in the same palette, these custom editions are inspired by the classic lifestyle models but designed for high performance.

Available starting September 10 for a limited period in select Miu Miu stores worldwide.

Also on the same day, Coco will be the guest of a Miu Miu Select event taking place in the Miu Miu New York 57th St. store: the collaboration will be shown with her choice of perfect pieces from the Miu Miu Fall/Winter 2025 runway collection.
