Ye and Drake: A Night To Remember

The show began with prison advocate Alice Marie Johnson giving a speech as seats started to fill. After Johnson, the Sunday Service choir took their places on the Coliseum stairs as people filed into the stadium. The Los Angeles fog, crisp air, and sounds of the gospel choir only added to the electricity and excitement in the air. The choir performed a rendition of Easy On Me from Adele's new album and finished with Ultralight Beam. Ye and Drake appeared at the top of the Coliseum stairs, and the crowd all stood, cheering and celebrating the reunion of these two greats.

Ye got right into it, starting with "Praise God," and continued only to perform hit after hit. A feat that isn't hard for someone who, to quote Drake, has one of the most iconic repertoires of all time. Ye delivered, and the crowd ate it up, performing songs like "Gold Digger," "All Falls Down," and "I Wonder." Drake chose to perform his newer hits like "God's Plan" and "Way 2 Sexy."

Put together in 18 days, ticket sales and a portion of merchandise sales will be going to non-profits such as Ex-Cons for Community and Social Change, Uptown People's Law Center, and Hustle 2.0.
