While we had our heads in the clouds, living in complete fantasy from LOEWE's latest Spirited Away collaboration, the highly coveted brand made sure to drop us back down to reality, but let us land on our feet in some functional yet chic shoes. The contemporary luxury brand is trading in fantasy for the real-life adventures we'll take in our new On X LOEWE Cloudrock performance sneakers. Performance brand, On reveals their limited-edition capsule collection of shoes and apparel while reimagining long-established craftwork. With a hyperfocus on sustainability and signature handcrafted pieces, this collection will feel a little bit more personal to the skin.

On has been known for its high-agility and functional take on the modern-day sneaker, adapting to any circumstance and environment. And as the snow melts, and spring creeps in — LOEWE comes in to represent that in the array of prints, patterns, washes, and hues that are seen in the collection. Each of the ready-to-wear pieces are obtainable in two colorways, and while there is an emphasis on the gender binary, the organic palette makes it versatile for any individual.

The organic palette of khaki, blue, and orange takes inspiration from nature, applied in gradient effects that suggest prolonged vulnerability to the elements en plein air. These developments also feature Japanese sashiko-inspired needlework print that is reminiscent of a 'starry night,' this is revealed to be the intended creation of intricate craftwork obtained from its desired color and pattern.
