A Master Class in Shape-Shifting

It's all about the shapes - bottoms are shortened, the bags elongated, and the jackets tightened. The new season by the Spanish luxury brand not only exposes the body but also elevates and stresses the silhouette with an ingenious technique of draping waxed cotton, enamel, leather, and velvet onto the models.

Already seen last season, the deflated balloon theme made a resurgence again - instead of deflated balloon boobs, we got deflated balloon ruffle heels. The same goes for the smirking lip dress which has been replaced with a gigantic anthurium flower at bust height. Loewe strikes once again with a pinch of avant-garde, sculptural design, and subtle erotic tension.

Reimagining the bold sneaker and juxtaposing it against Brooklyn’s city scape, we play into warm furs and striking fishnets all set against the newly iconic bright blue of the shoe. Levi’s Goes UNDERCOVER

The collection includes nine pieces that draw inspiration from both brands’ rich histories, with reimagined jeans, T-shirts, and trucker jackets which reference UNDERCOVER’s “Exchange” program from its 1998 AW collection and feature embroidered zigzag patterns inspired by their 2003 archives. The Levi’s x UNDERCOVER collection will be available worldwide on January 18th, through Levi.com, the Levi’s App, select Levi’s stores, undercoverism.com, and select UNDERCOVER locations.
